At VoW, we offer a range of online training courses that can help women develop skills in advocacy and leadership. The emphasis is on competence.
We believe that a woman’s voice represents her power andpresence. Her voice is an outward representation of who she is and what she wants for herself and the world around her.
We emphasize that Voice is more than the sound we make when through speech. This is why we developed the “Finding your Voice” series to encourage women to embrace their authenticity, determination, and passion.
We have a team of women leaders who offer one-on-one mentorship sessions for those who want to gain the skills and knowledge necessary to create social change. Various retirees are also involved to guide and coach the younger women on work, politics and other areas.
We partner with relevant stakeholders to organize workshops designed for young women who want to learn more about what they can do to empower themselves and how to lead positive change in their communities.
