cultivating the power of women’s voice and advancing their rights in all spheres through innovative projects, advocacy initiatives, and leadership development and empowerment programs, VoW works towards creating a world where women can access opportunities at work, in politics, in their communities and others.

It is an organization dedicated to empowering women and enhancing their capabilities. It trains and retrains young women to prepare them to take up opportunities when it presents itself. VoW emphasizes the importance of bridging gender gaps and bringing them to light. The foundation celebrates women who are contributing immensely in every facet of the Society including politics.

Furthermore, it is a group for women who are underprivileged where every aspect of suppression is addressed ranging from politics, religion, culture and tradition. It also works with men that support the cause, the he-for-shes who do not see women as inferior to their male counterparts, men who give opportunities of level playing ground.
